We don’t charge call out fees! We charge a fixed fee for the first 30mins of labour spent onsite, and a fixed hourly rate after that, billed in 30 min. increments. Our rates vary based on the nature and type of work involved and whether the work is undertaken during our standard business hours or after hours. 

Yes. We provide free, no obligation quotes for large and or more complex jobs, where many and/or varied tasks and services are required. 

Jobs such as fault finding and rectification works, are commonly quoted based on  an hourly rates, due to the varied and unpredictable time which may be required to complete them.

Payment is required on completion of most jobs, and we accept all major credit cards, cash and Bitcoin as payment onsite. EFT and PayID are accepted on jobs that are invoiced and are subject to our Terms and Conditions of Trade.
