We don’t charge call out fees! We have a flat rate for the first hour of labour, and a seperate rate for each hour after that, billed in 30 minute increments. Our rates are very competitive and only vary for After Hours and Emergency call Outs. Contact us for information on our rates and charges.

Yes. Free, no obligation onsite quotes may be provided where a service is requested that may involve extended labour, complex or non-standard installation practices or similar.

Fault rectification call-outs and some non-standard jobs are quoted and completed on a fixed hourly rate due to the unknown nature of work which may be involved until onsite.

We are fully registered electrical contractors via ENERGY SAFE VICTORIA and only employ fully qualified A grade electricians whose skill sets and workmanship quality meet those of the high standards we provide to our clients. A Certificate of Electrical Safety is provided for all electrical work completed regardless of payment method or amount of work involved.
